A Gentle Yet Powerful Path Forward*
Eight Weeks to Breakthrough with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

If you’ve been doing the work in therapy but still feel stuck in certain areas—no matter how much insight you’ve gained—you’re not alone. Sometimes, our minds and bodies need a different kind of support to move forward.
That’s where ketamine-assisted psychotherapy comes in. In this eight-week program, we combine the neurobiological benefits of ketamine with focused trauma therapy to help you create meaningful change more quickly. It’s a powerful process, but it’s also gentle and deeply supportive every step of the way.
How It Works
Before we begin, you’ll meet with a trusted psychiatrist I work with closely. They’ll complete your medical evaluation, prescribe your ketamine, and ensure this treatment is right for you. While the psychiatrist oversees the medical aspect, all dosing sessions take place in my office in a safe, comfortable setting where I’m with you throughout.
Each dosing session lasts about 2 ½ hours. Afterwards, we meet for an integration session—an essential part of the process. This is where we explore what came up for you, process insights, and apply them directly to your therapy goals.
Before we even start ketamine work, I provide you with tools to help rebalance your nervous system and calm intense emotions. That way, you’ll feel confident and steady even if deep or challenging material arises.
*Ketamine Therapy Safety Information
Ketamine is used off-label for depression and other mood disorders and is not FDA-approved for these conditions. It is contraindicated for individuals with pregnancy, schizophrenia, psychosis, uncontrolled hypertension, or certain cardiovascular conditions. Risks include elevated blood pressure, dissociation, respiratory depression, and rare side effects like jaw clenching. A medical evaluation by a licensed physicians is required to ensure safety and eligibility.
Why It Works
Ketamine is unique in its ability to help “reset” the brain. It encourages the release of something called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which boosts neuroplasticity—your brain’s capacity to create new pathways and break free from old patterns.
For about one to two days after each dosing session, your brain is in a state of enhanced openness and flexibility. That’s when we do focused therapy—using EMDR, somatic processing, and other approaches—so that insights can take root and healing can happen more rapidly.
What You Might Notice
• A reduction in depression, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms
• Feeling more emotionally flexible and resilient
• Gaining new perspectives on old challenges
• Processing trauma in a way that feels more possible
• Breaking through therapy plateaus
• Experiencing more peace, clarity, and connection in daily life
The Research
Studies have shown ketamine can bring rapid relief for depression, anxiety, and PTSD—sometimes within hours. When paired with therapy, the benefits can last longer and go deeper. In fact, research shows that the days following ketamine are a “window of opportunity” when your brain is most ready for change.
Your Next Step
If you’re ready to move forward in a safe, structured, and compassionate way, this program may be exactly what you’ve been looking for. We’ll work together to set clear goals, address what’s been keeping you stuck, and create lasting change.
